Attive 1.2 - New Agent Harness & Self-Service Onboarding

We rebuilt the core chat experience around a new agent harness and moved the default model to Claude Sonnet 4.6. The result is a more capable assistant that is clearer about what it is doing, better at asking for the right information, and easier to trust when working with your data.

1. New agent harness

Human in the loop. The assistant can now stop and ask for clarification when your request is ambiguous, and it can ask for approval before taking actions that should stay under your control.

Citations and source panel. Answers now make it easier to see where information came from. You can open the source panel to review supporting material and follow citations directly from the response.

Revamped personality. The assistant is more direct and grounded in how it responds. It is better at stating what it knows, what it does not know, and what it needs from you to continue.

2. Self-service onboarding

We redesigned self-service onboarding to make setup easier to follow from the start. New users can create a workspace, connect their systems, and move through setup with a clearer flow and better progress feedback. The experience is more structured, more consistent, and better at handling cases where setup needs to pause or be reviewed before continuing.

3. Other improvements

  • Admin stats. Workspace owners now have a dedicated usage view with message trends, member activity, and chat history, along with the ability to look back at previous billing periods.
  • Mobile-friendly revamp. Chat and related screens work better on smaller screens, with simpler controls, cleaner layouts, and less clutter.
  • HubSpot improvements. The HubSpot integration now supports Lists and List Members, giving teams more of their HubSpot structure inside Attive.
  • Charts improvement. Charts were upgraded to a better visualization system, making them clearer to read and easier to interact with.
  • Automations improvements. Creating automations now works better with attached files and document context, so automations can be set up with more of the information already in your workspace.
